Turn the lights down, pump the volume up... and enjoy... or jump behind the sofa. What a film! When this came out quite a while back I thought, yeah, the usual action blockbuster, only focusing on big explosions. This epic (saying this, it only lasted around 1hr 10mins) did have explosions, but there was also much more to it... The 'handheld' cam element of the film worked really well. It made you feel like you was in the action, it was so intense. For example if a missile came the way of the camera guy, the viewer would find themselves in the rubble. This made the movie feel extremely realistic. As a result you really felt for the characters and cared about their safety.
The two reasons why I decided to watch this film were because it was quite short and more importantly because it was in the FilmFlex Recommends folder. Every once in a while I come across a great film like this through the recommends folder. I advise you look through this folder, plus if you haven't done already, watch this film. Late at night of course...
